Traditional Indigenous Medicine with Della Rice-Sylvester

Della Sylvester is a 74-year-old Medicine Woman from Cowichan Tribes on Vancouver Island. She spent three years learning daily from elder Medicine people starting at the age of 5. Della has assisted in over 50 births and has a remarkable healing ability, helping people recover from certain conditions in just 5 days instead of the typical 21. She is a proud grandmother of 30 and great-grandmother of 10.
