Celebrating Four Years of Progress Together
As the Alliance turns four, it’s a great time to reflect on how far we’ve come. Your Steering Committee has worked hard—meeting regularly, discussing issues affecting CDAs, exploring continuing education opportunities, and representing you in key conversations. We now have a seat at tables with the BC Dental Hygiene Association, the BC Dental Association, and the Healthcare Associations of BC Network, helping us stay informed as oral health care in BC evolves with the upcoming HPOA changes.
We are a small but dedicated group, committed to supporting CDAs and improving your work experience. However, we remain concerned about the ongoing lack of recognition for the value CDAs bring — seen again in the new bylaws with limited CDA representation.
That’s why we need to hear from you. Your voice matters. By joining us, you help strengthen our message and show the commitment CDAs have to safe patient care and healthy workplaces.
