Kerry is knowledgeable on the topics of oral biofilm\, halitosis\, the oral-systemic connection\, and the dental hygiene process of care. Her primary focus is on educating her patients as well as the dental profession on periodontal health and wellness. In addition to being a section editor for The Hygiene Corner with Women In Dentistry\, she serves on the Advisory Board of the American Academy of Oral Systemic Health and is a cast member of The RDH View. She is a published author and has been interviewed on numerous podcasts. Kerry will provide you with practical advice that will transform your practice and the health of your patients. \nDr. Jim Hyland B.Sc.\, DDS graduated from the University of Toronto in 1976 and has always been one of the first to implement the latest techniques\, research\, and philosophies in oral care. In addition to working part-time in private practice\, he is also the CEO of OraVital. Dr. Hyland has taught at the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry\, Seneca College\, and George Brown College and served on the dental staff at North York Hospital. During his downtime\, he lectures and writes on a variety of topics related to the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease as an oral infection\, interceptive preventive care\, oral-systemic risk\, and halitosis.
